Currently, we ship to all provinces within the country. We use express couriers to ensure that perishable items like milk tart and meat products arrive as quickly as possible to maintain quality.

Are your products authentic imports from South Africa?

Yes, we stock a wide variety of authentic brands imported directly from South Africa, including Ouma Rusks, Mrs. Ball's Chutney, and All Gold. For fresh meat products, we follow traditional South African recipes using premium local ingredients.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
